How LuvNutrition creates, credits, and corrects its articles.

Our Purpose

LuvNutrition summarizes health and nutrition videos from experts on YouTube into short, readable articles. This page explains exactly how we do that, so you always know what you’re reading and who is speaking.

Who Is Speaking in Our Articles

The ideas in our articles belong to the experts in the original videos, not to LuvNutrition. We are a summary site. We are not the experts, and we do not claim to be.

That’s why every article:

  • Names the expert in the title and in the opening lines
  • Credits the YouTube channel and links to the original video
  • Embeds the original video so you can watch it yourself
  • Uses phrases like “according to Dr. X” or “he says” to make clear whose views are being described

How We Choose Videos

We look for videos from health professionals who clearly share their name and credentials, and who discuss topics within our four categories: Nutrition Science & Basics, Diet & Clean Eating, Fitness & Metabolism, and Healthy Lifestyle & Prevention.

Choosing a video does not mean we endorse it. Experts sometimes disagree with each other, and some of their views are not widely accepted. We summarize what they say and we say clearly that it is their opinion.

How We Write Summaries

  1. We watch or read the video’s full content before writing.
  2. We write in our own words. We never copy a transcript or reproduce long passages.
  3. We stay faithful to the video. We aim not to add claims the expert did not make and not to change the meaning of what they said.
  4. We avoid hype. Our titles and text avoid words like “cure,” “miracle,” or “guaranteed” unless we are directly describing what someone else said, and we make it clear when we are.
  5. We keep the expert’s caveats. If the expert says “check with your doctor,” we keep that in the article.
  6. We add general safety tips where it makes sense, such as reminders not to stop medication without medical advice. These tips come from us and are labeled as practical tips, not as part of the video.

Our Article Titles

Each title names the expert and is written to be different from the original video title, so readers can tell our summary apart from the source. We aim for titles that describe the content honestly and avoid exaggeration.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not claim our articles are written, reviewed, or approved by the experts featured.
  • We do not claim our articles are reviewed by medical professionals, unless a specific article says so.
  • We do not present an expert’s opinion as established medical fact.
  • We do not provide personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • We do not interview experts or say we have, unless we really have.

Sources and Credit

Every article includes a Source & Credit section with the expert’s name, the channel, the video title, a link to the original video, and the publish date where available. If an expert cites studies in the video, we may mention that they cite them, but we do not independently verify those studies unless we say so.

Corrections and Updates

We make mistakes sometimes. If you find an error, a misrepresentation of the video, or an outdated detail, please tell us at [your email]. We will review it and correct the article where needed. Significant corrections will be noted at the bottom of the article with the date.

Requests From Creators

If you are a creator or expert whose video we have summarized and you would like us to change, credit differently, or remove the article, please contact support@luvnutrition.online. We will respond as quickly as we can.

How We Make Money

  • This site currently does not run ads or affiliate links.

Use of Technology

We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help prepare drafts. Every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication.
