Health advice from experts, made easier to read.
Why We Created LuvNutrition
There’s a lot of good health information on YouTube, and a lot of it is locked inside videos that run ten minutes or more. Sometimes you just want the key points, or you want to skim before deciding whether a video is worth your time.
That’s why we started LuvNutrition. We watch videos from doctors and other health professionals, then summarize them into clear, friendly articles you can read in a few minutes. Every article links back to the original video, so you can always watch the full thing.
What You’ll Find Here
Our articles are organized into four categories:
- Nutrition Science & Basics: how nutrients, vitamins, and everyday foods work in the body
- Diet & Clean Eating: food choices, eating styles, and simple recipes
- Fitness & Metabolism: movement, muscle, and how the body uses energy
- Healthy Lifestyle & Prevention: daily habits, sleep, and ways to look after your long-term health
How Our Articles Are Made
- We pick a video from a health professional’s YouTube channel.
- We write a summary in our own words, never a copy of the transcript.
- We credit the expert, the channel, and the video right in the article, and we embed the original video.
- We present the expert’s claims as their views, using phrases like “according to Dr. X,” so it’s always clear who is speaking.
- We add practical safety tips where it makes sense, such as checking with your doctor before changing medication.
Our article titles always name the expert, because the ideas belong to them, not to us.
What We Are (and Aren’t)
We are a summary and curation site. Our job is to make expert videos easier to read and easier to find.
We are not the experts. The people featured in our articles don’t write, review, or endorse LuvNutrition, and we have no affiliation with them or their channels, unless we say so. Their opinions are their own and don’t necessarily reflect ours.
We are not a source of medical advice. Nothing on this site is meant to diagnose, treat, or replace the guidance of your own doctor. If you take medication or have a health condition, please talk to a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, or routine.
Our Commitments to You
- We credit our sources. Every article names the expert and links to the original video.
- We stay faithful to the video. We don’t add claims the expert didn’t make.
- We avoid hype. No “miracle cures” or guaranteed results.
- We fix mistakes. If you spot an error or want a correction, tell us and we’ll look into it.
